I cut out the first two seconds and stabilized it. It played back fairly smoothly. I then changed the speed for the entire video without stabilization to 50. It played back with less shakiness.

Davinci Resolve allows the user to download many of the previous versions. Why does Adobe allow users to only be able to download the previous version?

When I have very long videos to encode, I break them into smaller videos. When they are encoded, I use Shutter Encoder to merge the videos. It merges the videos quickly and does not reincode the them.

I no longer have Encore CS6. I use Authoring Works 6. In Premiere I export the file as H.264 Blu-ray(1920 x 1080). The Audio and Video are not Multiplexed. However, Authoring Works can Multiplex the files. When you burn a Blu-ray disc, the video is not reincoded. Authoring Works has a free trial usable for 30 days. Encore CS6 has better menu selections.

Premiere Pro Beta 24.2 does not have the creepy startup screen. Does Adobe realize how the 24.0.0 startup screen is unacceptable to many? At least the startup screen in Media Encoder 24.0.2 isn't creepy.

I only update when I have finished a project. Disable Auto Update To disable automatic updates for Adobe Premiere, you can follow the steps below: Open the Creative Cloud desktop app. Click on the Account icon in the upper right corner of the window. Select Preferences. Click on Apps on the left-hand side of the window. Toggle the Auto-update button next to Adobe Premiere to the Off position.

Before you load the still images, you have have to go to Edit, Preference and Timeline. In Preferences you can set the Timeline Default Duration.

Shutter Encoder can Merge videos without reincoding as long as the videos are the same format. It is a free program.
